Great service from both staff I interacted with who were able to show me the product I came to buy. Shame only a couple of cutting compounds available, although lots of polish to choose if you need that.
Abysmal customer service. Wanted a colour match paint. Rang 5 times to confirm whether I can make it after work: no answer. Went there as early as I can at 4:50, anticipating that they close at 5:30. Despite being 40 mins away from closing was still turned away by the Asian lady at the counter who said the last order is at 4:45? Seriously it is 5 mins “late”and your official closing time is 5:30. No where on your website does it mention that 4:45 time. If you wanna leave work early don’t make it at the expense of customers time. Spent 20mins in traffic for this ridiculous treatment. Would not recommend.

I just called Supercheap to request information about a spray can for painting my vehicle. The lady I spoke with told me straight away that they don’t have spray cans available due to an issue, which I understood. However, I explained that I was only asking about the paint code availability and the cost. It felt like she was in a rush and wanted to end the call as quickly as possible. When I asked how many square meters the paint would cover, she made me feel like I was asking too much and simply said she didn’t know, leaving it up to me to figure out. Overall, I found the customer service unhelpful. I wasn’t expecting an immediate solution, just some clear guidance, but instead I felt dismissed.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go. But once I did go, I realized a lot of things. People expect the staff to come and lick their shoes for them and to take care of them as if they are the ruler. The staff jobs are already hard, why do people have to make the staffs life miserable by making them worship. Also some people except that every aisle should have a staff standing there and waiting for them. The few staff members are more than enough to run the store and they do it well. Yes they might be moody, but just get your stuff and leave, they aren’t making your life miserable by not replying to your “hi” , so don’t make their life miserable either. Anyways the store had a lot of useful things and the staff helped me get what I needed.
Ordered click n collect for 4 spark plugs. Waited for 30min. Received none as only 3 physically available. Went all the way from Sandringham to Kelston..What a pain!!!! Refund for the order processed 5days to get. Again diverted to SCA Henderson. What a waste of time..jjjjjj..
