DO NOT STAY HERE! This house is straight out of a horror movie. I will be reporting this place as it is seriously unhygienic, unsafe and unlivable.
Self catering with no cutlery, crockery and back door entrance. Combined kitchen for 5 units with 4 espresso cups and 3 miniature wine glass and no maintenance on the communal area. Shared bathroom with no one to clean them. We were booked in from the 5th March to 10th March. we left on the 7th March. their website advertises room service 2 a day. Never saw that. I would definitely not not stay there again The room was not laid out well. you had to close the main door to open the interleading door. the main bedroom had a queen bed in it with no mattress so you were sleeping on the bed base and there is no one to contact about the problems
Def not, I do not recommend staying here we found toenails on the floor hair and lashes in the bed. The room wasn't of any cleanness and it was smelly, The veiw was nice but we payed full amount for a private kitchen and bathroom then got sent upstairs to share a kitchen and bathroom with others. The hole outside area is messy no gardens done. The bed is hard as concrete and the blankets smelt musty like they haven't been changed.
Unbelievable, if we could have found accommodation else I would have packed our bags and run. It was horrible, not clean, old bars of soap to wash your hands, no towels, no tea and coffee, no bedside lamp, poor quality linen, dishes and cutlery in laundry area, honestly I think this accommodation should be removed
If there was an option for 0 stars i would choose that. My mum and I stayed for only 2 nights when we were booked in for 5. This place is appalling and completely misleading. We arrived and were escorted around the back of the property which was dark and had no lighting - we were lucky we had a flashlight on our phones. We arrived at the back of the house thinking it was going to be a seperate outhouse but walked in and realised it was all communal and you were sharing the house. We arrived into our room and the first thing I noticed was the duvets had staining all over them, we had to request new sheets and duvets because no way was I sleeping in that condition - it was revolting and made me feel instantly grossed out and unclean. Fast forward to the second night we stayed - I was excited as the next day was Good Friday so I could have a sleep in. I woke up at 7am to a toddler singing so loud and being extremely disturbing. Not only did we not know that the house was shared but we didn't know there was another family staying right through the door next to our bedroom. I was very frustrated and Mum and I ended up leaving early. Please DO NOT stay here - the owners are very cheeky as well and have just written a review on my Mums behalf on booking.com which Mum has since changed. Absolutely appalling location, appalling behaviour and unacceptable living conditions. They have lied, mislead, gone behind our backs in writing the review and they need to be held accountable. This location should be taken off ALL air bnb websites immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE
