The Wash House were AMAZING. As well as working wonders with laundry, they were kind and compassionate in a family emergency, and liaised with me to drop off clean laundry at a suitable time. Amazing service, and sincere thanks from me for helping out at a tough time.
I have been going to the wash house for many years to have many items washed. No job is too big or small. The team go out of their way to be helpful and honest about any potential risk or problem that may occur if they are tackling a tricky job. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the wash house which is why I continue to use them Their pricing is also very reasonable.

I recently had the pleasure of using The Wash House to dry clean some custom curtains that had developed mould, and couldn’t be happier with the results. I've been using The Wash House for over a year for my lovely linens and am very satisfied with their excellent service. It took a while to find a place that I could trust. They are very organised for customer service - quick response and flexibility. They pick up, wash and deliver my linens just wonderfully. Charged me $15 to wash and dry a small bag of laundry.which was only 1 pair of shorts, 1 pair of track pants, 3 t-shirts, 4 pairs of underwear and 4 pairs of socks, It didn't weigh much. They gave it back wrinkled not folded, just shoved back in my laundry bag. I also agree with the other reviews that there are communication issues. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
