   Dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. Dust under bed and mould and grime in bathroom. Bathroom fan dusty and doesn't do anything. Does not feel clean, needs some love and care. Good spot and close yo station. A bit confusing to find and more on the terrace than lampton. No air con, it was hot.

   Hard to know where to start with this one. Stay away from. Chosen for location- close to the ferry- tick. Very hard to find for the visitor, took ages to be attended to when finally located. Parking difficult and at a cost. Room spacious but furniture very old. One of the 2 chairs broken and the couch has blankets covering the cracked vinyl. No aircon . Cooked something on the stove top and the range hood was completely ineffective. Smoke alarm set off. Tried the fan to blow away the smoke and stop the alarm, but it only worked intermittently. I’m sure there’ll be more……..

   Location is great and we could see good views from the balcony. We have a good size room for 3 people, and it is relatively clean, but the whole building (what we saw of it) seems tired and dated. The lifts are scary and rattled when moving. The mattress was bad. The insulation for noise was very poor- we could hear all the street noise outside and noise from neighbouring rooms, and one of the door rattled by itself when the wind was blowing (which was all the time). We all had a very poor night’s sleep.

   Awesome location close to parliament etc and parking available in the terrace. Pretty basic but met our needs - however, like other review state, the windows are thin so you hear all the road noise (even from the 8th floor), and there’s a ground floor restaurant/cafe that fires up around 7am and all the smells seeped into my 8th floor apartment…

   Rooms are very clean and well equipped, the location is fantastic close to everything we needed. Only a couple of very minor issues, we found all the bathroom products amazing,but the dispenser was quite difficult to use. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return, receptionist where all very friendly and accommodating as where the room services

   Nice location, but the room was dirty and room service was non-existent. There was also a weird smell that we had to keep the windows open to get rid of. Glad we brought blankets for the game or we would have froze sleeping!

   Clean rooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms but....leather couches in living area in a very poor state and needed to keep curtains closed because the draft from the closed windows meant you couldn't sit there without freezing. Walls all cracked... in a poor state. Place needs some serious renovation or repair but convenient position for my work. Receptionist was always very helpful and pleasant.

   Great location however, the room was freezing cold with nothing but little oil fin heaters struggling to get the room warm. Room service was just non existent with the lady and gentlemen who were doing the cleaning spending most of their time fighting with each other in another room. They did however walk in after 5pm offering to do a service but we were relaxing after a full on day. Would most likely look elsewhere on our next trip.

   Rooms were great, good lighting and wonderful bathrooms. The elevators gave oddly charming vibes akin to crossing the threshold to the mists of silent hill.
