   I had 3 weeks of treatment - one week at the Epsom branch and Dave & the ladies were amazing - seamless, reassuring, and absolutely positive each day - before, during and after treatment. Made a huge difference to the outcome and you feel like a valued human being. The new Norrh Shore branch has teething issues to resolve with wait times and scheduling, however they are trying and were receptive to feedback. Was great to see Dave’s friendly face on the North Shore for my last two days - he truly cares and celebrates your accomplishment with ‘that’s another one done.’. Shout out to Yasmin & Briar along with the lovely receptionists at both places. These photos are on my last day - all completed & again with the same positivity from the team for completion. Also a shout out to Dr Pearce who really puts you at ease from the outset - has a big smile & a warm caring heart.

   Today was my wife's final Radiation treatment at ARO. They assisted her from the wheelchair onto the bed. All previous treatments she had two persons assisting her on and off the bed. Today only one person to support her resulting in a fall to the ground. Last week she also had two MRIs, a PET Scan and an Ultrasound. We asked to see the Doctor who ordered these expensive tests only to be told he resides in Australia. The nurse told us the result of the Ultrasound but not the MRIs or PET Scan. The doctor has not contacted us other than his initial 15 minute call before treatment was started. So right now we don't know if the MRIs or PET Scan showed anything that needs addressing. We raised these concerns with ARO 6 hours ago, and no response yet

   They just do the radiation here. The radiation oncologist we dealt with (Dr. Antony Falkov) supposed to check my wife who were a head and neck cancer patient for any signs of return on the weekly assessment, and he failed to spot the returning cancer lump on her neck. One day she found it herself and when we told Dr Falkov about it, then it was the time that he asked us to do the tests and scan which were very late. I suggest a radiation oncologist who is more careful with cancer cases than ARO.
