Booked the 1 Bedroom apartment several months ago - it was meant to have a pool. Got here, no pool - you have to walk up to another Quest up the road to use it. The 1Bdrm apartment we paid for was actually a standard apartment. When I asked them to fix it they told me they were sold out of the 1bdrms - so they sold our room to someone else thinking we wouldn't notice. Deceptive.

Run down, outdated, low water pressure, water smelled, two twin spring beds to make a queen, washer/dryer does not make clothes fresh, and the teapot didn’t work. Very noisy area with terrible insulation, you’ll need ear plugs to sleep.

Spent 3 nights here in January 2024. Was a fantastic stay. The room was equipped with everything I needed - stove/oven, washer/dryer, large double bed, TV, wifi and view down to the Harbour. Service was great, as well as on site parking. Short walk to everything in downtown Wellington. Highly recommend for couples or singles, or traveling for work.

We were greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful with information on the area. The apartment was very clean & pleasant with a kitchen, tv, bathroom & bed. 4 stars for the room because the window wouldn't close properly & there were a few places which needed touching up, but it didn't effect me so it was all good.

Clean and fresh - new carpet, new couch, pristinely-white bed linen, new bathroom fittings, good strong shower - bit tight for space but for the price, good value. The Clifton carpark nearby is a convenient place to leave a car, with a daily capped charge (all explained by Wenwen on reception, who was very friendly)

I stayed at these serviced apartments overnight on a recent business trip. I was impressed with my room, which had a clever and nifty layout. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. I didn't like the heated towel rail right beside the toilet, and there was quite a bit of traffic noise through the night, but for a short stay (or a sound sleeper) this is a good accommodation option.

Tidy and practicable. Had everything I needed. The lock safe to get your key was broken and open so luckily my key was in it. I arrived late and would have been stuck otherwise. The apartment wasn't clean but otherwise everything was great. My stay was for a one night trip for work the next day. Be careful there are stairs in the room. Despite a sign I still managed to sprain my ankle

Location and staff are really nice, However they cannot control the hotel guests/housing NZ clients as they smoke in the rooms/off balconies out the front of the lobby, the hallways reek of weed or cigarettes. Please do something about this. It is disgusting.

5 stars for the front of house staff, couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. The 2 Room apartment was perfect for our brief stay. Shower and beds excellent. Added bonus of being non-discriminatory
