Love the food at Sensational Chicken absolutely delicious even there chips have something special to them that make them my boys favorite choice. What makes this place special is the people that work there... I was witness one evening to a mother and child realizing they couldn't get the food the child wanted and out of nowhere they said to the mum your food is being made now, when she said I'm sorry I can't get it they said it's no problem and gave them the food the child was so happy and the mum was so grateful but they didn't want the praise they literally acted like it was no problem so as to avoid the lady being at all embarrassed. I highly recommend this place what genuine compassion it was so awesome to see.
As for the food, the lamb meat used is cheap type so taste is terrible like fish cake. As for the attitude of the clerk, the girl clerks who were there in the evening had a bad attitude. I will never go here again.
Used to be a great place for kebab and fried chicken, but this year, the food quality and customer service have dropped significantly. They now use lids to hold the food so the food portion is less, and sometimes they run out of lamb or serve tasteless skinny fries. However, the most disappointing aspect is the staff. While I understand that they are young and still learning, and the shop gets very busy during dinner time, as regular customers who visit every week and order the same food, we consistently experience mistakes in our orders. These mistakes include overcharging, missing items in our order, and miscommunication within their kitchen, which results in an additional 30-minute wait. Moreover, the staff never apologize, even when they realize the mistake. We truly hope that the owner will invest more in staff training and pay closer attention to food quality
Used to give great portions. Now they use the lids for meat on chips. Thought it was a mistake the first time they did it. But happened three times in a row. Contacted privately but got no reply so posting here. Great tasting food, such a shame.
