   First time here. We found the owner Sunil to be very engaging, knowledgeable and an amazing host. The beef sagwala, special butter chicken and lamb nawabi were all extremely good. Also the naan breads were not the usual heavy bread but nice and light, we will be back and work our way through the extensive menu.

   Amazing Restaurant!! The owners are the most loviest people you will ever meet! The restaurant has a warm homely feel to it and the food is incredible!! We loved everything that we ordered and we highly recommend the honey cauliflower and the tikki chaat as a starter, you have to try the butter chicken it was the best by far compared to other restaurants! And the chicken vindaloo was perfect! Everything had an amazing flavour and the spice levels were perfect! We look forward to dinning in again very soon !

   I am a world traveler, you can see my other reviews and I don’t say this lightly when I say that this place is the best Indian I’ve had outside of India. You really have to give the Chicken Tikka Masala a try. The owner is so friendly and can tailor the flavors and spice for your own needs. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

   The two indian brothers that run this place are very attentive and professional, and service is top-notch. I've been a few times and rate it as one of the best Indian cuisine (& Thai fusion mix) curry houses on the north shore. Food is outstanding, has a very tasty and subtle blend of spice and melt-in-your mouth meat and crisp veg, and is now our favorite place to relax and have a kingfisher on tap. There is also another place upstairs, above them thats always quite busy, which I don't rate at all. Right next to the sea, good for a walk off them superb and delicious calories afterward.

   We went with a very large group of people last weekend. Despite there being so few staff, they did everything they could to welcome us and ensure we had a pleasant time and a good meal. So friendly and hospitable, nothing was too much to ask. The mild curries were very mild, so if you like a little spice, you are probably safe ordering medium. Prices are quite reasonable for the Shore. Would definitely recommend for the warm atmosphere, service, and also ease of location with plenty of parking outside and on the road.

   Absolutely incredible experience here - both with food and service. My partner and I are visiting Auckland from London, so the bar was set pretty high considering the quality we are used to. This exceeded every expectation we had. The chef’s butter chicken special was exceptional and both the garlic and peshwari naan were particularly tasty. Thank you for such a lovely dinner! We will be back next time…

   Love the place which is strategically located nearby a beach. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. He made recommendations of their favorites, we ordered lamb biryani, chicken manchurian, the cinnamon club special butter chicken and garlic naan. Every main course are complimented by a bowl of basmati rice. Lamb biryani was aromatic, not gamey, and not mushy. We really love spicy food, they made the spicy level just right to our liking. The butter chicken was creamy, not too sweet and chicken was so tender and rich. The best part of our dinner was the mango lassi, so refreshing tangy and sweet. A must order beverage to wash away the spiciness on you tounge. Definitely will come back another time.

   Despite arriving as the last customers of the night, the staff at this restaurant gave us their undivided attention and made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely amazing and both of us were thoroughly satisfied. We couldn't believe our luck stumbling upon such a wonderful place. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
