Really disappointing experience! They 100% guarantee satisfaction - but actually they don't. Items missing, cold pizza, missing ingredients, just awful! When I tried to sort with them directly they didn't want to know and said I was wrong.
It was the worst experience for me to order pizzas from here. Compromise in taste ad well as No customer preference for them. 0 customer service. Money spent here is totally waste.and main thing they don't care about customer's words what did they say about toppings. just doing the things by theirself.dont know how to handle customer queries.

What a joke. Ordered pizza to be delivered. The driver kept repeated calling me asking for the address then hanging up (we suggested he used google maps). We tried to call the place itself and got told “I’m too busy to help” . Unfortunately when it arrived 25 mins later than it should have we got told “your mailbox isn’t right” Horrible and Rude.
Ordered for delivery 7pm.. it’s now 9pm haven’t received it, have called twice and they just say “we busy sorry” and hung up, Didn’t even ask any info on my order, I’ve tried to call back and the phones been off the hook for 20mins as I’ve been trying to call. I paid in advance. Feeling ripped off, angry and upset. Infuriated. My food will probably never show and they collected my $30.
Absolutely terrible pizza. So disappointing. I always used to love domino's pizza. Just got back into auckland after 3 hour drive in bad weather and picked up our order. Got home an the pizza is cold, hard stale and only decent thing is the garlic bread, will not be returning after this.
Pretty bad for a $20 pizza. This is meant to be chicken bacon camembert…it’s missing half the ingredients and sauce
It’s getting worse. No enough toppings and cheese. And they missing some toppings,like bacon,pepperoni. They cut wonderful pieces which is no one cut off.
