“Plenty of room for the kids to play around in the back yard. It's safe and inviting. The room was very warm and cozy, and the spa was divine, had everything I needed for the weekend I stayed. Staff members are helpful/friendly and the gentleman in the office made sure I/all guest were looked after. Will definately come back to stay”

“Amazing! I was so worried about where I'd bring my reactive dog to stay when I go away - or if I'd have to stay home forever haha. Anya worked magic with Peanut and she had a fantastic time with her and the other dogs! Super good communication as I was anxiously asking one million questions before our stay. Anya always took the time to type out thoughtful and helpful responses. Thank you Anya! You have no idea how much it means to know Peanut has somewhere safe to stay. “The level of professionalism along with the genuine compassion for animal care are amongst the highest I have experienced in my 12 years of having dogs. I could not recommend this place enough. Helen at Rappaw Titahi bay saw my dog promptly after receiving my distressed email about the increasing frequency his back end was collapsing on him. We have been seeing Helen on a fortnightly basis over the past year. Helen is a wonderful hydrotherapist as well as an extremely knowledgeable animal physiotherapist. Helen also explains what exercises we can be doing at home which are beneficial for helping our dog to maintain strength and stability for longevity which makes us feel like there are things we can do to help the dog in between sessions or in place of a session. Our dog has now been seeing Helen for over a year and we have witnessed the progress our boy has been doing. He has gone from collapsing and stumbling to maintaining himself and being able to manage his short walks better than he started out a year ago, despite being a year older from building up strength with the hydrotherapy.”

“Lisa does an amazing job. The dogs are hand striped not sheared or cut with a striping comb. I throughly recommend Lisa the owner of boarders and all Ltd and so do my dogs, they love going for their grooming, and treats.”

“Club Fido staff and facility is the absolute best, they play with and look after your dog like it was one of their own. This is the second dog I’ve had go there, and Archer loves it, just like Chanel did before him.”

“I only found one fault . The Wellington water was not nice to drink . Everything else was well above standard .the service was way above average .the $100 deposit was refunded in 2.5 minutes . It's a quiet place where no one makes a fuss . Extremely happy to recommend this place to single people or family's.”

“Was extremely satisfied with my stay at Oaks Wellington, from the moment you check-in the staff will go out of there way to help in anyway. The rooms are tastefully decorated with nice mutual colors that give that nice relaxing vibe, plenty of space to move around as well. Room has everything you need for a awesome stay, my room was large and extremely comfortable, the balcony was a good spot to relax and unwind any time of the day. The bar and restaurant is brilliant, has a wide range for the buffet breakfast which tasted fresh and well cooked. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with no issues for both. Enjoyed my stay, and will definitely be back the next time I am in Wellington. A few nights was definitely not long enough”
