   Kia Ora to this top knotch Animates Vetcare Clinic Kaiwharawhara service. First, a big ups to Kat (Cat - apologies in advance if I have spelled your name incorrectly) the vet nurse, with her friendly Kia Ora salutation which was an instant winner for me as a speaker of te reo Māori. I was absolutely delighted and sold when I heard the greeting and her professional approach when dealing with my cat Minsy and I. After our visit, I talked with a colleague in your Animates store on how I was impressed from the front to back of your vet clinic and was taken in from the point of contact, communication and ability to show genuine interest with us as your customers and clients. Nothing was a hassle to the point of helping me how to use an online payment card. Thank you Kat (Cat). Next, Liaora (apologies in advance if I also spelled your name incorrectly) the resident vet. The professional delivery and medical care for Minsy was second to none. As an unofficial member of the Skeptics Society ha ha, I was impressed on our first and second visits to your clinic. As a person that normally asks a lot of questions, Lianora was able to seamlessly explain a very user-friendly way of capturing the essence of Minsy's medical needs and condition. A personalised plan was discussed and has been put into place that is targeted for her needs. So this fantastic communication reduced my anxiety and numerous questions. The comprehensive report for Minsy's vetcare was exemplary and I was impressed. Much appreciation to this team. Thank you again to the excellent staff at Animates Vetcare Clinic Kaiwharawhara. Words do not capture how impressed I was. You folks deserve an award because of your excellent approach with customers and our beloved pets. Minsy and I thank you and a meow of gratitude for your exceptional service and support xx.

   I booked an appointment online for the next day, and the system showed it as available. The morning of the appointment, I received a confirmation text message, so I called to double-check. They then informed me that all slots were fully booked and the appointment couldn't proceed. This was incredibly frustrating and confusing, why send a confirmation text if the booking isn't actually secured, and why does the online system allow bookings when availability isn't accurate? The whole process felt unreliable and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience with their booking system

   We have only appreciation words for all the Kai vet team! Our cat needed an urgent dental procedure, we weren't current clients and they provided assistance and support quickly and professionally. They assessed Pancho thoroughly without previous booking, elaborated a comprehensive medical report and surgery estimate. At all times, they kept a readily, clear and sympathetically communication. They are awesome. Thank you! ❤️

   The staff at Kaiwharawhara vetcare are amazing. They always go above and beyond to ensure our animals are happy and looked after- from squeezing us in last minute appointments for our cat or really taking the time to understand the needs of our nervous dog. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
