βI went in to see Dr. William Vaatstra tonight after I ripped my helix piercing, and honestly, he was amazing. Super calm, really easy to talk to, and just made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. He explained everything clearly and handled it all with so much care and skill. What I appreciated most was how down-to-earth he was. He didnβt rush anything, did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable, and just had a really genuine way of dealing with people, he is an absolute credit to his profession & made a terrible experience a pleasant one.
