   Very disappointed visit to the store today. Rack inside the door shows 40% sale on rack with the slim barrel jeans and knit wear. Went to purchase the jeans, only to be told (snr sales person) it's only for the knitwear.... Both sales person and I checked the sign states 40% sale. False advertising Just Jeans Porirua!!! Correct the sign if only knit wear - day so!

   Very disappointing experience. I visited the store looking for jeans, but no one paid any attention to me. The staff were too busy chatting among themselves and completely ignored the fact that I needed help. Many items were hung too high for me to reach, and no one offered to assist. Poor customer service.

   One of best customer service my daughter and I had received. The lovely manager and her work collegue in the store were so helpful in helping my daughter and I find a really good denim outfit for her birthday. They had really good suggestions which were right up my daughter's alley which was amazing as my daughter is very picky. We definitely will be back again to shop soon.

   Was pretty disappointed in the service today when I went to look for a pair of jeans, I needed help and support to find the right ones and the girl in the shop was just super unhelpful and didn’t really have anything to add. Probably won’t go back.

   Absolutely humiliated by staff members in the north city store. Was asked stupid questions unrelated to my purchase, they were slow to complete my purchase at the till which ended up taking 20minutes instead of less than 1 minute. Both workers embarassed me with stupid remarks and questions or five other customers. Will never shop here again
