“I am extremely impressed by this place. Amazing staff and management .”
“I came in on Saturday morning due to the strikes, handed in my paperwork, and was pleasantly surprised to be called in within just five minutes, despite the number of people waiting. From the moment I walked in, the nurse was incredibly kind and reassuring. I shared my previous experience where the needle had gone through the vein and I nearly fainted, and she took it to heart. She had me lie down, found the vein effortlessly on the first try, and made the whole process feel calm and easy. She even encouraged me to take the elevator afterward, just to be safe. It was genuinely one of the best and most comforting experiences I’ve ever had when having blood taken. I’m truly grateful—thank you so much for your care and compassion.”
“The Eye Clinic has an amazing team. I've been coming here for almost 18months off and on and my needs have been taken care of with respect. The nurses are upbeat and have a good sense of humour. Parking can be hard to find at times. But with a bit of patience, you soon find one near the entrance. Thank you Dr Hutchins and team.”
“I went in to see Dr. William Vaatstra tonight after I ripped my helix piercing, and honestly, he was amazing. Super calm, really easy to talk to, and just made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. He explained everything clearly and handled it all with so much care and skill. What I appreciated most was how down-to-earth he was. He didn’t rush anything, did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable, and just had a really genuine way of dealing with people, he is an absolute credit to his profession & made a terrible experience a pleasant one. Thank you Dr. William Vaatstra, your efforts do not go unnoticed :)”
“Staff are lovely making the stressful experience feel less scary. Great service There is a wait but that is expected with all hospitals. Staff are amazing at communicating, and say your diagnosis in a way you can understand. Any questions you may have Staff wont hesitate to answer and again will answer in a way that can be understood.”
“We just spent a couple of hours in Lower Hutt A & E. For a place where you are dealing with people in pain, I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from the nurses and the doctor. Especially Nurse Jaynie. She did her best to distract my mum and keep her mind off the pain and it was very greatly appreciated. Please know that you are all doing an exceptional job. Thank you heaps”
“Excellent service - fast and efficient, for an ultrasound on my shoulder. Have also been with my wife for a few pregnancy scans without issue.”
