I cannot stress enough how much Bergen has helped me deal with lifelong trauma that I thought I could never be rid of. Her advice and approach is invaluable, you will be fully listened to and understood. She is professional, personable and approachable, I would recommend her to anyone. After six sessions I feel like a completely new person with a new view and lease on life which I could not of had without Bergens help. If you are looking for a counsellor, I would highly recommend getting in touch.”
