“Nicky absolutely saved the day and my dress! I went and saw Nicky to have my wedding dress altered after it arrived 3 weeks before my wedding and it was much too big for me. My dress was completed within a week and fitted me like a glove afterward. She did such a thorough and amazing job, she kept in touch regularly throughout the process too. I also got to see some of the custom dresses she was working on while I was having my fittings, she is incredibly talented and her work is amazing. Would 100% recommend Nicky to any brides to be. “First time in Hype Store Bayfair first impressions was the young guy (although with a customer) didn’t acknowledge myself or another group of customers while in there. Once the customers were on their way I waited to the side of the counter and no service once again and he helped another couple who walked in after me and the others. Then a lovely young girl came out from the back and immediately acknowledged me and so I started asking for certain shoes and she was amazing. I was looking at spending almost $700-$1k that morning but only stopped at 2 pairs as I was a little disappointed in the initial lack of acknowledgement. The girl name was Georgia i would highly recommend her to talk to for any potential customers.”
