I was in town visiting family and needed a hair colour touch-up, so I searched online and came across their glowing reviews. Booking an appointment was so easy, and I received an immediate confirmation. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed as a friend. The lovely staff offered me a cup of tea and a cookie, which was such a thoughtful touch. My stylist, Katie, was absolutely amazing! She carefully matched my hair colour to the chart and made me feel like a total VIP. I even got to relax under a warm woollen blanket whilst my colour set — such a cosy detail. No matter who you are or what you look like the girls are there to make you feel like you belong and there is zero judgement which I personally was very appreciative about! The girls are extremely well versed in beauty treatments, work hard and are definitely worthy of medals when they figure out how to make us look human again after months of travelling. We are very sorry to not be visiting again for a while due to moving overseas but they’ll be the first stop when we return to Papamoa.
