YOU MUST NOT GO THERE The staff are not bad but they are very unprofessional. When they dyed my hair, all the paint was on my face and forehead. Then I still had to pay $299. Honestly WTH If you go there, it'll be waste of your money. You better dye your hair by yourself.
My elderly mother had a voucher to use and the lady at reception told her it had expired when it clearly indicated on voucher it hadnβt. Instead of calling head office to sort out for her she told my mum she couldnβt help her and she would have to call them herself. I called them and was told the Salon had to change something in their system so I had to go back and get them to do. Again we were told they couldnβt help. After I called head office in front of the girl, handed over my phone to her it was finally sorted out. My mum was short $2 on voucher from what she spent but instead of offering a discount for all the hassle she made my mum use her eftpos card for the $2 ad they donβt accept cash. You need to do better papamoa! Especially with the elderly and venerable. We have spent hundreds at this store over the years, but will no longer be returning!
Worst experience ever. I went in asking for a shoulder-length haircut and even showed clear reference pictures of the style I wanted. Unfortunately, Gagandeep cut my hair way too short β nothing like what I asked for. She completely ruined my main hair, and I left extremely disappointed. This was not a minor mistake; it was a total disregard for what I requested. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Hereβs what I asked for vs. what I got
Helpful advice given. Loved the head massage and service. I got hair glossing and a cut. I also asked to have my hair curled rather than straightened. The end result was beautiful and healthy shiny hair
If I could give Celeste ten stars I absolutely would, she is so friendly and did an exceptional balayage for my hair today - Vivo has incredible service and I would definitely go back! :)
I just walked out of Vivo Papamoa, an I am not happy with the service I received, literally ran to my car to have a ugly cry, I feel like I was just a pay day for Vivo, didn't get offered a drink, burnt my ears with the straightener a few times, the stylist doesn't even know how to blow dry around the ears, if this was the service I was getting I could of done a better job myself. Just lost my respect for Vivo.
Very happy with Patricia, she's cut my hair the second time today and it looks fab, just like I wanted it!! She's also great to chat with and the whole team is really friendly. Edit: after 2 years, still a very happy client. Thanks Pat for my perfect bob!
Have been going here for 4 years and it's the best! Best hair if my life and best service. The ladies are all super lovely but love Patricia and Shar, they are the best team ever, always leave feeling a million bucks. Patricia will not let you leave anything less than 100% satisfied.
