   I’ve been going to Caitlin for 3 years, and she’s the only nail technician that knows how my nails work and figured out a way to extend the life of my builder gel to 4 weeks! She shapes my nails beautifully and is an awesome artist, so I just send her screen shots of what I want and she does it everytime. She also hand makes the most beautiful cuticle oils and hand moisturisers that leave my hands so soft.

   Caitlin has transformed my chronically bitten nails into BEAUTIES! Her painterly nail-art is STUNNING and I love bringing her a vague idea and letting her get creative. She's fantastic with nail 'rehab' and uses a variety of products to get the best results. She's very client-centred, empathetic, and considerate of individual needs. I've seen Caitlin for nails, waxing, brows, lashes, and skincare, and after I moved cities I still return to Tauranga for her because nobody compares!
