We were looked after by Adisen who helped us choose 8 items of both dress and casual shirts and pants, including a Suit. He had great knowledge of the products and what was available. Adisen was attentive to our needs and answered our questions. Adisen made us feel valued as a customer and we felt we made great choices with his advise. I work in customer service and know what great service looks like but Jeff and Craig at Farmer Auto village Papamoa have just proved themselves worthy of the next level recognition. During work hours, they, along with their technicians worked solidly to get mine and my daughter's cars perfect, and communicated thoroughly with all progress. However, it was OUTSIDE of work hours that they both jumped in to help me with a scary situation that was both urgent and important to me. Tanya was also amazing at coordinating throughout. It was their day off and they both jumped in to help me. They saved the day, and I'm so grateful. “Just popped in for a coffee and a cuppa. Spied the GF Berry Custard Slice in the Cabinet. Being a Coeliac it was a treat to see something different other than a solitary Chocolate Brownie that a lot of Cafes have just to say there is a GF option. SoHo had a number of GF options. The slice was to die for. Got it heated and it was just heaven. One of the nicest slices I’ve ever had. I’ll be back Soho. Thankyou. Great spot”
