   Wonderful stop on a shopping trip, Trelise is a marvel. I was lucky enough to get summer dresses on their first day of end of season sale. Myself and another having a great time. Down to earth and helpful ladies trying to keep up with myself and another, both of us having a ball. Somewhat a contrast to the stiff reception I get from one of the ladies at the Parnell store who twice I have had uncomfortable dealings with. Definitely felt like I wasn't the "right kind of person" at the Parnell shop!

   Love their clothes but the attitude of the older woman, Jill who was working there today was so off-putting. I was going to buy two dresses, ended up getting one, as I just wanted to get out of the store as quickly as I could. She definitely should not be working in sales. The younger woman working with her was really pleasant.

   Was so looking forward to going to this store after the lockdown as I have been a fan of Trelise Cooper for sometime now but was left with a bad taste in mouth thanks to the off putting service. The older service person was giving me shop keeper from Pretty Woman vibe. She was friendly and talkative with another lady there whom she talked about the weather, lockdown and smiled etc. whereas with me it was no smiles, no questions besides the standard ‘do you have loyalty card, can I put the clothes in the changing room etc.’. Didn’t ask how I was going on the changing room when I had at least 10 items, didn’t comment anything nice on my purchase. Just cold and bitter. There was two salesperson with no other clients there so she had no reason for ignoring me and acting cold. Such a shame when I was so looking forward to it and thought the dress was beautiful. Hope this bad experience does not transfer onto my purchase.

   I went there with my fiancee to look for a dress for her to wear to a special occasion. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even got offered a cold glass of sparkling water! Great service on a Sunday afternoon.

   I was there July 12th travelled to and from store by airport bus I had a fantastic time there. The ladies where outstanding with the service and knew how I was travelling so wrapped my dress in plastic before it went into the TC carry bag. Rain was the big concern. LOVE LOVE LOVE my Butterfly Dress A+A+A+A+A+A+
