Not only has it helped her growth but it has been a safe place for her to explore and learn new skills around dance without feeling like she’s been judged.    Fantastic new studio. Highly recommend Rebecca's Pilates classes for her friendly demeanor and excellent instruction. She's always superb at explaining the dynamics of the exercises, and suggesting modifications and alternatives as needed. The A/C in summer is also great for working up a sweat without completely melting.
