“We had a really great experience with our two builders Ferg and Johannes - they were a super organised knowlegeable pair who worked really well together. We had been involved with this team on a previous commercial building and because of that experience we felt there was no other choice to be made. They were courteous very tidy and a pleasure to have onsite. In fact they almost felt like part of the family. The alterations were not always easy but they had great problem solving skills and kept a good sense of humor at all times, Their building knowledge and skills were second to none and when they left the site after some 4-5 months our grounds were left as they were when Ferg and Johannes arrived. I hope that we never need any other building work completed as sadly for us they have now moved to Dunedin. We wish them well and to anyone down Dunedin way we can highly recommend the team at Smith and SOns Rennovations and Extensions.”

“My house had Ironsand joinery and doors with blue gutters and a red roof. DTK was kind enough to complete a full roof resprayed. This is a double story house and quite tricky to navigate. DTK completed a full roof clean, repair and repaint which included the gutters. All joinery, gutters and roofs are now the same colour, Ironsand. No overspray on my walls or windows. Site was left clean after each day of working. Very professionally and neatly done. Really elevates the look of the house and increases the appeal and overall resell value. I highly recommend DTK Projects and Maintenance Ltd.”

“True professional from start to finish. I contacted Hamish via the contact page on his website. He called back within the day, had come out and looked at my home and provided a quote within 2 days. This was right before Christmas. He then came and completed my job within the first week after the Christmas and New Year break. His communication and customer service was absolutely outstanding and his prices were extremely reasonable. The job was completed to an extremely high standard. In all honesty he has to be the best tradesman I have ever dealt with. All other companies I contacted to replace my gutters were either too busy to come out, came out and looked but never came back with a quote or their quote was significantly more expensive. I find it hard to believe the 2 one star reviews below. They must have had the wrong phone number or something.”
