We contacted Rodney Property Services regarding our place in Snells Beach. John gave us sound, and thorough advice on how to repair the soakers - including a step by step list on what to do, and where to source product(s) etc. We asked him to close in an exposed part of our basement workshop, to ensure rodents etc couldn't have access. Unfortunately, it wasn't the nicest of spaces to work in, but we are very happy with the result. John was realistic with his timing, respectful and did exactly what he said he would do - which we really appreciated! He was also responsive and clear with any communication, and kept us updated with progress. Overall, he did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely keep John in mind for other maintenance work, and happily recommend him to others.
John has done quite a bit of maintenance and renovation work on my rental property and never fails to do a great job. Excellent communication, thorough written assessment of work to be done with excellent knowledge of his craft. He recently fitted a new shower unit after internal water damage to the existing and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend him.

Hi there, we had the case of multiple unreported issues at our property that we only discovered once the tenant vacated it unexpectedly.
