Replacing an infinity water heater After being sent a photo with full information on the job requirement. Con arrived without the neccessary tools, so instead of getting them he proceeded with what was available, resulting in a less than trade standard installation. He charged $350 for 80 minutes on site and did not issue the required gas safety certificate until the Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainage Board were notified.
