“Honored to be one of Warung Kerol’s first customers and DANG they nailed it. EVERY. TIME! I ordered their Chicken Noodle Soup and it is seriously one of their best meals AND my favorite. Their Indonesian styled Fried Chicken (ayam goreng bumbu kuning) is so good too. As an Indonesian myself, I truly 100% recommend this for any Indonesians in Auckland who currently misses homemade Indonesian food. PS: The owner, Carol is a SWEETIE and she’s so friendly and will help you with any enquiries and questions u have”
“Yaye❤️Finally a place where island food is cooked to the upmost best in Henderson . I bought the pork, fried keke pua'a, panakeke, potato salad, and the yummy Pineapple pie. Everything was cooked to how it should. Pork was tender, NOT CHEWY or DRY. Was very satisfying and highly recommended. Service was awesome too. Welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back for more. Sorry only had this Pic coz kids and husband already savaged the rest lol”

“We were delightfully surprised by this hidden gem tucked away in the Tuam St kitchens. There was a bit of a mix up with our order making it take 20+ minutes extra but considering it was a very rainy and busy Sunday night and the food was still handed to us piping hot with an extra mango lassi we weren't too fussed. Any small amount of hanger we were still experiencing was immediately blown away the moment we opened those containers and saw the glorious food inside! Everything was amazing. Beautiful soft lamb in the rogan josh, tasty chicken tikka, super stretchy cheese naan. Definitely the best Indian takeaway I've ever had. Restaurant quality to go! Highly recommend you check them out.”
“Best Donburi restaurant in Hamilton! Teriyaki chicken donburi was absolutely delicious, my wife had the spicy pork donburi and they were amazing. You’ve got to try them!”
