“I recently completed the 10 week relaxation course through Lotus College which I thoroughly enjoyed. Sandy is very knowledgeable and I feel privileged to have been able to learn from her. In this course you learn to give a full body relaxation massage that takes around 1.5 hours. In each class you learn the moves required for a particular area and also information about the muscle groups. To be successful in this class, you must practice in your own time. “The staff are so kind and supportive. There are groups run there that are amazing and insiteful. There is a doctor for kids. It is free i think. Budgeting advice. They have a selection of canned goods and bread that the community can access. There is councelling available and groups for children to help with life issues.”
