Disappointed with DUAL. We had numerous reasons to contact them and the speed of responses from DUAL was anything from 6 weeks to 12 weeks, furthermore none of the responses were ever detailed enough to give us confidence our cover was comprehensive enough.

I am an insurance broker and I I had a liability claim late last year on behalf of one my clients that was complex and could of been looked at in a number of ways, I thought Delta's dealing with it which involved listening and considering all sides as well as taking outside independent advice was absolutely outstanding in coming to a conclusion, in a manner that other insurers wouldn't. Insurers true test of their value/ability to clients is at claims time and how they deal with the claim - that is their real shop window, and I feel the need to post this - Delta the way you handled this particular claim was outstanding, your service lives up to the hype!!
