“My Mum went to Visique desperate as she had broken her glasses and her regular optometrists wouldn't see her for 2 weeks and wouldn't make space for an emergency visit. In 64 years my Mum has been dependent on glasses, she received more information about her sight and eye health at her visit with Visique than any other optometrist visits she has ever been to in her life. Colleen was nothing short of wonderful with my Mum she was patient , empathetic and very thorough and explained every part of the testing. In fact the entire team from the receptionist to Tim (who was very helpful with helping Mum find a fit a new pair of glasses properly) displayed the very best customer service.
