I've seen her through a range of physical abilities, from trying to get fitter, being fit and taking it to the next level and post knee surgery. She is extremely knowledgably, professional, positive and absolutely gets the most from you. I'd book in with her all day, every day, if I possibly could. The studio space is next level and her equipment is the best. I love her machines, well, love and hate some of them.... but that's what I'm there for. Significantly more enjoyable and pleasant than the Napier bikram (yippi yo), which I found majority of teachers and owner somewhat commander-like, mechanical. Hastings Bikram was a delightful find.
