   I lost 2 teeth resulting in a partial plate having to be made by a DCT. I needed it asap as I was going overseas for 6 weeks, and there was only 4 weeks to go!! Simon Bigwood is an excellent technician, he makes beautiful teeth, and on the last week when I had to have a very slight adjustment, he was ill at home with the flu!! He cancelled all his clients for the rest of the week. Despite that, on Friday, when there was no more time left, he came in just to fix my teeth, you can't ask for any better commitment than that. I flew out on Sunday!!
