“Friendly hosts. Lovely quiet accommodation close to shops. We stayed 2 nights in the studio which is lovely and has everything you need. Unfortunately our stay was unplanned as we attended a tangi so didn’t get to experience much of the relaxing environment. We will definitely be back.”

“As a busy toddler mum, I can't express how nourished and cared for I felt over my 4 days on retreat at Cape South. It is the most peaceful and restorative place. I loved everything about my Cape South retreat experience - especially the Yoga Nidra and the food (it is some of the most delicious food you will ever eat!).
