I was dealing with a difficult situation of whether to opt for insurance claim for a quarter glass window that was broken by some thieves who had tried to steal my vehicle. We had an absolute pleasure of dealing with Brendan in the owners absence and it was honestly the best service we have ever received. It was an urgent situation where our break pads were essentially non existent and we were working on a project nearby. Brendan got our vehicle in early afternoon (immediately upon taking my call), ordered all the parts etc, changed them over and had the vehicle ready for our guys to drive back safely to Tauranga that evening. He was also incredibly kind with amazing customer service and the pricing was incredibly competitive! We'd been quoted almost double by a local company.
