“Absolutely amazing place to go for a trek, staff were amazing with helping me gain my confidence on the wonderful and amazing Courage. The scenery was amazing, the horses are all beautiful and I loved learning about each of their race careers. I loved going into the river on horse back. The whole things was one seriously amazing experience and I can not wait to come back. Also absolutely loved our trek leader talking with her while riding made me feel like it wasn't the first time back on a horse in over 8 years”

“Fantastic centre, the teachers are invested in our child's educational and emotional wellbeing. Our daughter loves to attend here and the team were supportive and gentle during her transition to preschool. Our 2 yr old currently attends Lyttleton St and this is a great environment for her because the centre only allows up to 3.5yr olds. So my child is with children her own age rather than being in a space with up to 5yr olds.”

“This is an absolutely Mint gym. Don't let the small size put you off, they have great equipment, and space to use it. Mint have some cardio gear not seen in many places, like a ski erg, sailing grinding machine, as well as a great functional space, and stretching area. Great friendly staff who are keen to help, and the cafe does awesome tasty food for refuelling!”

“I really enjoy the Hoyts Lux experience. Its obvious the higher end of expense but we use as a treat every now and then. What i particularly enjoy is the personalised attention from when you are greeted at the door right through to ordering food and drinks. Its nice to feel special once in a while sitting in a recliner, drinking a cold alcoholic beverage and waiting for the sliders to arrive. Its definitely the highlight of my week.”

“Great fun for all ages. My daughters loved the pony rides. They were a bit nervous, but the people working the pony rides were so nice and made my girls comfortable and have an awesome time. Lots of other beautiful and interesting animals to see and feed.”

“We came here for a friend's birthday party and it's a great set up. Lots of different inflatable options for the kids, food and drinks available to buy, but can also byo and lots of tables as well.”

“My daughter has been going to Swarm for a couple terms and loves it. The tutor team is supportive, talented, and genuinely care about what they do. They create such a warm, encouraging environment that my daughter looks forward to every class. It’s a great price for the level of quality and care the instructors provide. Being a teen my daughter has struggled with confidence but has grown so much in this because of Swarm. Highly recommend this studio to any parent!”

“Wonderful place to bring family and friends! We had an (arctic) blast last time we went, had a lot to do and see with all the activities and shows althroughout. Please note though that rides do have a height requirement which they are a bit strict with for safety reasons. The rest are pretty accessible to the young and young at heart. A bit pricey but you doget a lot of enjoyment and knowledge out of it.”

“Came to look around the gym based on the council's current $30 promo and Lilli (from the Customer Experience team) was an absolute star. The other council gyms we'd visited had just waved us through independently, which is totally fine, but Lilli went the extra mile, showing us all the equipment, group fitness areas and pools and gave us loads of useful information, which has very much convinced us to join. “Our family has been part of Harewood Road Montessori for almost 6 years, with our second child currently attending, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The teachers are warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to each child’s needs. It’s been wonderful to see how much care they put into helping little ones learn, grow, and gain confidence. Communication with parents is fantastic — we’re always kept up to date through chats, photos, and learning updates. They also take food allergies very seriously, which gives me real peace of mind. The preschool organises lots of fun themed days and cultural celebrations throughout the year. They even had a visit from a police officer recently with police car, and my little one was so excited to tell me all about it! We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful, nurturing place where our children truly thrive.”

“Really beautiful swimming pool! It has a 25m pool, a 20m pool, a hot pool, and a kids' pool. So far, I’ve been there three weekends in a row, and each time I had an entire lane to myself. Such a great swimming experience! Also, the receptionist is super friendly!”
