Son 17yr been going nearly a year, he tells me, instructor is really good at what he is teaching you,likes that he has learnt many good skills and enjoys sparring, kicking correctly and punching hard, if you want to learn a new skill,get fit while doing it come down it's really good.

My Grandson goes there to learn Karate. They also go up to Adults. Everyone there is friendly and helpful

Such a good place for learning self defence everyone is friendly and play fun games and will include you as soon as you arrive with a smile or a hi as you walk through the door.
Love taking my kids here. There is a great family atmosphere and they learn self defence, self confidence and discipline in a fun and safe environment.
