“In general, it provides well rounded legal assistance , parking, several slot of time and different specialities of lawyer depending on one's requirements. Volunteers (usually law students from university will be the first point of contact and he/she will take the questions to a solicitor and return with recommendations/advice from the senior lawyering team at the other side of office. Reception staffs at the evening are helpful and knowledgeable while the other full time admin/reception seems to be much more exhausted and hence more uptight.”
