   My advice, if you can process it yourself, do so. Totally unncessary to avail of their service. Asking for information that have been previously provided to them, filing application and putting in wrong information without double checking. A total waste of money and time. Better to do it yourself with much attention to detail and accurate information. Prior to this, I basically prepared the documents myself for my EOI and ITA, all they had to do was click send. They must have good record and performance before but it seems they are accomodating more clients than what they can handle, thus compromising quality of service. Not pleased at all.
