   I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the representation provided by Georgia Allen. There were significant issues with complete unresponsiveness to emails, with extended periods of leave taken on multiple occasions without any communication or automated email replies established. Furthermore, there was a lack of due diligence, as evidenced by the lawyer arriving late to a meeting arrange prior to the court hearing and without the evidence that had been previously provided and left unattended in her inbox for an extended period. The level of care demonstrated throughout this representation was non-existent. As soon as I raised concerns, she filed documentation with the courts to no longer act for me, leaving me 3 workings days to find a replacement before further proceedings. The worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer, and I cannot recommend her services to anyone.

He always kept me informed of the progress of my case, and I felt like I was in constant communication with him. He was easy to talk to, and I never felt like I was being rushed or dismissed. Overall, I would highly recommend Robin Zhang to anyone who needs an immigration lawyer. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. And I will definitely come back for his excellent legal service.
