They gave me a quote for a refinance process with other bank. They did not explain us about extras costs in the transaction. even though we have a meeting with them. Then they charged almost double the quote. So the lawyer was not very honest about it, she can explain us about the extra costs when we have a meeting with her, or give us a better recommendation, specially when you are paying over $400 per hour.
