Even though Ben had a drama unfolding at his own home, he dropped everything and came and inspected our hot water cylinder. He ordered one for us and Tom came round and fitted it the following day. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them again if I need a plumber!”

“We came for a coolant flush after finding it was contaminated and paul gave us a call to say unfortunately it was oil and without a radiator replacement, it would damage the engine. We were heading on a trip the next day and paul and the team made sure it was completed and fixed same day. The cost came under what he initially estimated too which was great. “Well above and beyond!! Sam took very good care of my car. I came in for a cambelt change and while doing that he found a coolant leak and went extra mile to find the root cause. Then phoned and explained me the issue. Thanks to Sam's great customer service, it was a friday late afternoon. Even though he had to close at 5pm, he stayed longer until he find the radiator replacement and made sure the leak stopped. Thanks again Sam. I 100% recommend this guy.”

“This past weekend we copped a sudden (unpatchable) flat tire while in Rolleston. Bridgestone Rolleston was just down the road so I gave them a call 40 mins before they closed to see if they could help us out. They told us to drop in, so by the time we got the spare on we arrived after 11.30am (closing time 12pm). Angad and his colleague (didn’t get the second name sorry) replaced both front tyres for us in record time and we were rolling out at 12.02pm. Price was reasonable and service was impeccable.
