“Had a battery and charger fitted A year or 2 ago in our caravan and had a prob with the charger not working when we were down in Queenstown. Dropped the workshop a photo and email and they booked me 2 days later. It was replaced , installed under warranty and Sparks also charged and checked my battery and gave me some good advice on charging etc- and all no charge! Great advice and service and a good example of why I deal with good companies who have good suppliers. Thanks again!”

“Hot water cylinder decided to leak during level 4 lockdown so this was an emergency. We where very pleased with the quick response of the service man (Kelvin). He quickly assess the problem and set about fixing our cylinder. He had all the parts he needed in his truck. It took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. He tidied up & removed all the old parts when he was finished. Overall excellent service.”

I was out of luck calling around multiple places to get some caravan brake wires changed over from my Ford Ranger to my brand new Toyota Hilux SR5, no one could do it at short notice but for Roses there was never a question, they had a solution based attitude and I was treated like a priority, if you need caravan work done these guys are conveniently located across the road from Tasman holiday park, they wired the car to the caravan perfectly so the fridge is powered and more importantly the electric breaking system works smoothly. Glad i got a 3rd opinion! Now all my external drive lights go and can take for wof.
