Easy straight forward just how it should be great service from the guys definitely would recommend very happy with work done to my vehicle .
Took my car to this shop for an issue they failed to diagnose correctly. They ended up replacing parts that didn’t need replacing and still couldn’t figure out the actual problem. It was clear they had no understanding of the car’s electrical system. To make things worse, they sent me an invoice for unauthorized work — charging me for jobs I never approved and that didn’t fix anything. When I called to question it, the owner became aggressive, swore at me over the phone, and even threatened me about debt collection. Absolutely unprofessional experience from start to finish.
Absolutely above and beyond service from Michael, Tony and the team. Fitting me in at a days notice and sorting my car. Great for warrants, thorough and detailed. Lovely to deal with and super accommodating. Worth the wee drive from Rolleston - Highly recommend! 10/10

I had a WOF done on a small trailer today. The staff member I dealt with could not have been more pleasant. The WOF was very reasonably priced as well. I will go back and have no hesitation recommending them.
I had been recommended to use HM Auto by about 8 different people. my mechanic and his auto sparky struggled to get there head around a problem I had with a Navara. Michael was able to pick up the vehicle, sort the problem in a few days and return the vehicle with out any issues. fast, reliable and well priced. Would definitely recommend HM Auto and wont be going anywhere else.
