“Over a two week period I have completed the PG1 and PG2 course then passed my Paramotoring course through Parapro - with Dave. The course exceeded my expectations. Over the two week period I observed that Dave is the most experienced instructor in Christchurch (due to his age and time flying) his mannerism is both calming and reassuring, which made him an awesome instructor. I came away with the confidence to continue flying on my own. Hopefully for many years to come. So if its been on your bucket list, give Dave a ring - you won't be disappointed! “Both of our daughters went to Kindercare Wigram from when they were 6months old until they started school. Every one of the teachers and support staff always made us feel welcome each day, staff were always approachable and the communication was amazing. Our girls were loved and cared for each day and their days were full of fun and different learning activities and opportunities. The transition to school from preschool was seamless and they were well prepared for school thanks to the amazing teachers at Kindercare. We have made lifelong friends from families at preschool and my daughters always love going back for a catch up.”

“My children have been involved with this music school for over three years now. Their classes are a highlight of their (and my) week. The teachers are friendly and talented educators. The rooms are warm, bright and welcoming. As well as having fun their musical aptitude is going from strength to strength. My five year old plays piano with both hands. My seven year old can finally sing in tune. The Chch Music Academy classes are great value for money and an asset for the children of Christchurch. I love the easy parking too:)”

“Beststart has some of the most calming and easy to communicate stuff members. Their goals of early childhood education is clear and direct and easy to follow along with, especially for the growth of your children.I would recommend highly to anyone who needs a pre-school/Daycare. One thing I struggled with was money but Best Start offers affordable daycare. Very thankful to have them so close to home ♡”

“My now 5 year old spent over 4 years at Annabel’s before recently starting school, she loved her time there she had great bonds with her teachers and peers. My 1 year old is still in the nursery and he loves his teachers they have great ratios and form a close bond with their key teacher. We have been very happy with Annabel’s and the staff! The new centre manager is doing a great job and is supported by a great team of teachers.”

“This place is amazing. Their learn to swim programme runs like a well oiled machine. I love the pay by the month system, rather than by the term. It meant that my child could move up a class when the instructors thought he was ready, rather than waiting until the end of the term. Great instructors and there are people always watching the children's progress.”

“They have a nice big play rooms and lovely teachers. My son loves to go here and he loves his teachers. I am at peace whenever I am at work knowing that my son is very well taken care of. I like the idea that they are serving healthy meals to the babies, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Because not all preschool are offering free food. I love how my son is going home with new learnings that he is showing to us. If ever I would have another baby again, I will definitely enroll in best start again ❤️”

“PART OF THE FAMILY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Our first born started attending BSB at 6 months old and was there up to his 3rd birthday (we then moved overseas). Our second born also attended from 6 months as a “casual” spot. I can honestly say that the caretakers at BSB in both the nursery and preschool are PHENOMENAL. The nursery holds a special place in my heart, from the day of our visit the team there made me feel so reassured, and loved. They listened to my concerns or worries (mostly about naptime ha!) and made sure to work on a plan with me that would best suit my child. They were great in providing updates and photos every day and I truly felt like they became part of our family. Same goes for the preschool team - I knew my toddler would transition well from babyhood to toddlerhood with their program for the year and their high attention to individual care. Our move to France further confirmed how great BSB did for building essential foundations for my kids. My son, now attending school in France, has gotten so many compliments on his community-spirit, individuality, independence, and patience which are all traits that BSB contributed to developing during his growth there. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. We miss you every day and appreciate all the love and care you gave to our family.”

The staff are absolutely wonderful and caring towards my current son who attends my daughter graduated last year and my youngest will be starting in July at only 6months old. I love that the centre is multi cultural also they have amazing indoor and outdoor facilities with plenty of room for little ones to play and learn.”

“Fantastic centre, the teachers are invested in our child's educational and emotional wellbeing. Our daughter loves to attend here and the team were supportive and gentle during her transition to preschool. Our 2 yr old currently attends Lyttleton St and this is a great environment for her because the centre only allows up to 3.5yr olds. So my child is with children her own age rather than being in a space with up to 5yr olds.”
