When my family and I visited, we felt embraced and believed we had discovered a place that honored our culture and was more than just a typical daycare. The transition for our 29-month-old was handled with care and respect. He speaks our native language and does not yet understand English. I felt that the team respected our concerns and welcomed us warmly from the outset. One thing that also caught my attention was that, from the very first days, all the teachers would come to talk to me about my son, about our culture, and I noticed that they were genuinely interested in him and happy to help in the process. Now, we are delighted that he is joyful each day upon arrival, forging relationships, and developing skills in a nurturing and respectful environment. I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire Busy Bees Woodend team.”

“We love the Halswell Learning Tree. Our four year old goes there and always comes home with a big smile on his face. They do all sorts of different things, he is always bringing different goodies home to show us. Highly recommend. Such a great family feel, with real homely experiences, gardening and baking etc.”

“This is the best Kindy ever. The staff are welcoming and have been at the centre a long time and have a great deal of knowledge and support in place for all child and parents. All 3 of my children have attended here, one there now and my first child over 8 years ago. The centre has an amazing outdoor area and great clean spaces inside. A+++!!!!”

“Lovely teachers. I love how they individually pay attention to the children's need and write a review and feeback in Educa so us parents can see the progress of what they are learning in school. I often get educated too on how they build up the learning through playing. My daughter loves her kindee so much. It's never a dull moment for her. She often feels sad when it is not her school day, she very much enjoys her kindee. Teachers are so approachable and loving and good values are very much imparted to my daughter. Would rate them higher than 5 star.”

The communication with parents is excellent, keeping us informed and involved in our children's progress throughout each day they attend on the Storypark App. I am grateful for the positive impact every teacher at Fundies have had on my children's lives and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching preschool for their little ones.”

“Great to have something besides kids playgrounds. Off course these are also very important to the community.. But this fitness are, located on 2 corners of the park.. Provides very good opportunities for a decent upper body workout using your own weight. Also you could do jogs/runs from one corner to the other corner to have a cardio component as well. Ready to pump?”
