We were heading on a trip the next day and paul and the team made sure it was completed and fixed same day. The cost came under what he initially estimated too which was great. “Today, I suddenly heard a weird and very loud noise coming from the front of my car. I panicked and drove straight to BM Workshop without any appointment or notice. Even though it was nearly closing time, they didn’t hesitate — they immediately put my car on the hoist, removed the tyre, found the issue, and fixed it without charging me a cent. I’ve always done all my BMW servicing with them, and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else in Christchurch. Truly fabulous guys — highly recommend them to any BMW owner!”
