“It's was a pleasure to work with Kim and the team. They made the start and finish to my brother's and my motorcycle vacation absolutely wonderful. They represented the country of New Zealand well. They were patient with me when I was having difficulty bringing my car in due to work commitments, when I finally got in they got it all sorted, explained the process to me clearly. They had a loan car for me while mine got fixed, when I returned to get my car not only was it perfectly fixed like nothing had happened but they had cleaned it up inside and out!! They had buffed out my kids fingerprints and the car looks brand new! Above and beyond. Also so friendly, so easy to deal with and the nice man there even gave my kids some lollies after checking with me if it was OK!!! “Well above and beyond!! Sam took very good care of my car. I came in for a cambelt change and while doing that he found a coolant leak and went extra mile to find the root cause. Then phoned and explained me the issue. Thanks to Sam's great customer service, it was a friday late afternoon. Even though he had to close at 5pm, he stayed longer until he find the radiator replacement and made sure the leak stopped. Thanks again Sam. I 100% recommend this guy.”
