   Dropped off jeans last week first time ever I have been to this shop it was recommended to me 12/10/2020 the lady was lovely she let me go out the back to put on the jeans and come out to have them heimed she got me to stand on a stool while she pinned the heims up she txt me once they were done to picked up today 19/10/2020 !! I paid in full and said I would be back with another couple of pairs to be taken up this afternoon she said no problem once I turned up at the shop I was told by different older ladys they don't do heiming and I would have to go home and pin them up myself so they can send them away to be done I'm NO sawer never done this before when I told her the other lady did them last week for me she said I would have to come back when there's a younger lady on ?? what younger lady never seen one ???? I thought hmmm not good enough as I only have Sunday & Mondays off work they were so busy having there biscuits and coffee they forgot about the customer service PART of retail !! and she refused to take them up for me even tho I was very happy to stand on a tool like I did last time so she didn't have to bend over I ended up storming out very angry at this point and took them to Barrington mall to be done !! because I have recommended this shop to a lot of people to try to help them out with a local business word of mouth is the best way to help businesses out now I am going to ring and tell them about this very bad customer service they will be disappointed but I'm going to send them down to Barrington mall !!! I'm one very very disappointed customer !!! and think you need younger people to run the shop who know and can do what you advertise doing sorry but taking items up is part of the dry cleaning business !!!! Very disappointed customer !!!!!!!
