   I went into Dimples on the off chance to buy a present for friends that just had a baby boy. Both staff members (I think Theo served me) were extremely helpful, happy, friendly and in no way pushy. With their help I had made a decision on two great gifts (the sleeping bag was 50% off) and i was on my way. If you’re after quality items with great service then look no further. 100%

   Shout out to Theo, the sales assistant that helped us on the 12th of March around 2.30pm!! You were awesome, super knowledgeable and so helpful showing us how everything works. Even gave us a tutorial on how to fit the carseat in our vehicle. I got hot flushes while shopping (due to pregnancy) and Theo offered to adjust the stores air conditioning so I'd be more comfortable. Incredible service, thank you so much!

   I would love to give a shout out to the staff member Georgie who helped my partner and I with a carseat. We purchased a Nuna car seat, and were keen to attempt installation ourselves, but Georgie went above and beyond and checked the seatbelt in our car, gave us guidance, and helped us make sure the seat was safe for our wee girl who'll be arriving shortly. Great service from a great shop, and would definitely return for other big baby purchases !

   GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! The shop assistant we had was unbelievably amazing! She took the time with us to explain everything and more! We are first time parents and had no idea what to look for in what we needed, nor the ins and outs of what we were looking at OR where to even start. Would happily buy from this store going forward and will continue to do so. All the staff were friendly and helpful, store was clean and well laid out. Would highly recommend to everyone to shop here.

   Purchased a car seat here and had the best experience with Clem & Theo who is training. Theo did pretty much all of it with supervision of Clem and they went through everything in so much detail. Super thorough and even had a quick quiz at the end to make sure I really understood how the car seat worked. I’ve had a car seat installed from somewhere else and their service didn’t even come close to Clem & Theo’s. Drove away feeling super confident. Thanks for your amazing service guys!
