βI had couples counselling with Aaron - I found his capacity to listen, empathise and share insight into each otherβs perspectives incredibly valuable. We unpacked our troubles and found solutions we didnβt know were possible. I can certainly say Iβve grown so much. I currently recommend all my people to use his services. Thank you for all that you have done for us Aaron :)β
βI am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Guy. As a warm and knowledgeable counsellor he created a safe and comfortable space that allowed me to open up. Our sessions have guided me through a challenging period in my life and equipped me with valuable tools for the future. Thanks to Guy, I now feel steadier, calmer, and even excited about what lies ahead.β
βHilary is a very warm, welcoming, supportive, caring and understanding Counsellor. Hilary helped me get through some deep rooted grief that I had been trying to overcome for years and for that I am very grateful. I Highly recommend her as a therapist.β
βI have loved working alongside Ali. Her unwavering motivation and professionalism have been truly inspiring. I started with therapy, working myself out of a funk and then continued with a βlife coachingβ focus. Aliβs tips and tricks have significantly contributed to my growth and confidence. I find myself sharing some of the techniques with others now as they worked perfectly for me. Our sessions and the regular catch ups have helped get my priorities in a better order, and kept me focused on creating a stronger, responsive, positive and powerful me. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance and support throughout our time together.β
βTeagan is an incredibly talented, thoughtful, gentle and intuitive practitioner. I worked with Teagan to identify and work through long standing limiting core beliefs that got in the way of moving forward with professional and personal pursuits. And I certainly got that and more! What you can gather from the subconscious is magical and certainly a lot faster/more intuitive than that gathered through years of traditional talk therapy, particularly when it comes to historic trauma. If you are considering working with Teagan but on the fence about making the investment - I promise you will not regret it. There is no investment more worthwhile than yourself, especially in the hands of a very successful and qualified practitioner like Teagan. Thank you so much for your beautiful work Teagan!β
βAn excellent solution for employers to support their employees through the EAP ( employee assistance program). Also individuals clients can use the friendly and easy to use system to access therapists.β
βI have really enjoyed my time with Prakash. I appreciate that his approach is holistic and is constructed to benefit the entire family. We loved that each session was focused on strategies and when we have implemented them we have seen very good results not only with the child that we attended for, but within our family. Of course there is no magical quick fix. You have to put work in at home. But we believe this kind of work is setting us up for years of improved communication with each other and more resilience in our children. Thank you Prakash.β
βSherry has helped me in many ways. She helped me regulate and accept my emotions. She has helped me get to what is at the root of what is bothering me and be more honest about my feelings, whatever they may be, positive or negative. She has done this in a gentle way. I donβt feel judgement emanating from her, but sympathy and empathy. The way she has listened to and been accepting of me has helped me in my relationship with my husband and my daughter as I can more easily recognise, accept and be up front about how I am feeling. I am continuing to learn how to communicate these things with them. She has also helped me recognise when my husband is being loving towards me (or not). Another priceless thing she has encouraged me to do is pursue my interest in creative writing. The benefits to me of continuing with this passion are untold. Creative writing helps me be more assertive and confident about taking up my space in the world. I donβt know if I would be doing it if it wasnβt for my counselling sessions with her.β
