   This has been a great tool for our team. Staff are encouraged to use it and there is a general awareness that lots of people are using it lots so there is no stigma involved. Also from an employer perspective - helping staff work through issues that require counselling is a great value add to offer team members as it improves their lives which improves the lives of their loved ones and in turn improves employee engagement. It is a real "pay-it-forward" play.
