The dental hygienists are friendly, competent and attend to my comfort during dental cleaning. During my last appointment I treated by Annalise Wood. She proved to be an excellent communicator, very important to me as I am profoundly deaf, have a cochlear implant and being in a dentist’s chair presents unusually difficult communication problems. The practice makes time available at short notice when a dental problem arises, and I have been able to get an appointment at short notice on a couple of occasions. When early for one of these I was given a biscuit and a cup of coffee. I am interested in technology. The practice keeps up to date with technology and are well informed about current best procedures in dentistry. In addition to the usual x ray equipment, they have a state-of-the-art binocular microscope, 3D printer and a scanner all of which have been used to my advantage while undergoing dental treatment.”
